This seminar will show you how to craft engaging and motivating stories that can spark commitment and passion throughout your organization and grow your professional influence. Module 4: Refining the Storytelling Craft

Tonee Sow is the co-founder, an Executive Director of Global Intelligence Network (GIN), a certified training provider specialize in business management training and teambuilding event. Up to date, GIN has successful impacted more than ten thousand of people though quality training products and services.

He is a certified trainer by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad, also well known as HRDC. He is also a Certified Management Consultant by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). An associate member of Malaysia Institute of Management, and a certified LDP and BEAR personality trainer.

He obtained his Diploma from Association of Business Executives (UK) and his Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship degree from HEC Paris.

He started his career in the training industry in 2003 as Programme Advisor, where he responsible of promoting cutting edge training programme from international speakers. Later that year, he was promoted as Manager. However, Tonee desire of empowering others grew and he finally take the stage as a Corporate Trainer in 2012.

Tonee is active in several non-profit organizations. He is the Vice President for Skudai Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry Young Entrepreneur Committee. He is also the Vice President for Beaver Swimming Club, a competitive swimming club which aims to develop potential swimmer to the national stage.

Tonee is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. He have conducted management and leadership training for various industries such as multinational companies, public listed companies, small medium enterprise, government and privates universities. Some of the companies that has benefited from his training programme are, Suria KLCC, Motorola, Kumon, China Fortune Land Development, Toyota, Tanjung Offshore, PERKESO, Liquimoly, Everthrough Rubber, Bintai, Sony, Canon Mailcomm, PNE Micron, Macglotech, Silk Highway, Toshiba, Shiseido.
