  • Role play & reverse role play on current active problematic debt.

Negotiation Techniques

  • Recognize soft negotiation and hard negotiation techniques; and principles to successful negotiation.

Knowing Your Debtors/Customers

  • Apply the techniques in handling complaints & difficult customers;
  • Realigning your focus on large customer;
  • Obtain ways to gain more information by visiting your debtor.

Credit Evaluation & Monitoring

  • Demonstrate the importance of Credit Evaluation & Monitoring;
  • Understand the criteria for approval or rejection of credit and setting of the credit limit;
  • Acquire proven strategy to monitor your customer account.

Legal Action

  • Be aware of things to do before litigation;
  • Construct the contents of letter of demand;
  • Preparation needed for suing and trial;
  • appreciate other enforcement of judgments.
