  • Designing effective Application Form to avoid ‘horror hired’, formulating Appointment Letter to include legal elements of ‘invitation’, ‘offer’ ‘consideration’ & ‘acceptance’, and recognize the terms & conditions to be included as per Employment Act requirement.

Employment Documentations

  • A look on the safety clauses of Probation & Confirmation Letters, Letter of Transfer, Promotion Letter, Performance Appraisal Form. Whether automatic confirmation valid? Bona’ Fides or Mala’ Fides transfer?

Disciplinary Documentations

  • Templates of Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, Charge Sheet, Notice of DI to be given. Understand purpose of Disciplinary, and identify the some of the case lose due to faulty Charge Sheet.
