  • Discover the telephone etiquette to make and answer telephone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Acquire the proper ways to take messages and screen callers.
  • Understand the telephone ‘Do’s and ‘Don’ts.

  • Understand the importance of records management.
  • Be aware of several others methods of record management and filing systems.

Module – Goal-setting
