In this workshop we will be focusing on problem solving techniques such as how to identify options, conducting research, weighing options, applying problem-solving steps and tools, identifying appropriate solutions and making rational decisions based on facts and good judgment. You will learn the interpersonal skills to get along well with others while getting the job done and problem solved. Great interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for many positions in an organization and often are crucial to solving problems that inevitably occur in our daily life. Interpersonal skills include everything from communication and listening skills to attitude and EQ.
